•   Operate from the End State: Members should approach their journey from the perspective of already having achieved their desired outcome.
•   Respect and Support: Treat all members with kindness and compassion. Harassment, slander, bullying, or disrespectful behavior of any kind toward community members or Inner Conversation LLC will not be tolerated.
•   Zero Tolerance for Harassment: As a business run by two disabled ADA-compliant owners, Inner Conversation LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or slander. Any form of verbal, written, or digital harassment directed toward our team, including defamation, false statements, or threats, will result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential legal action.
•   Confidentiality: All shared information during coaching, courses, or within the community is confidential. Inner Conversation LLC reserves the right to protect confidential information at all times. Any success stories shared externally will remain anonymous.
•   Inclusivity: We welcome all states of being and life situations, but members are encouraged to revise toward positivity, success, and fulfillment.

3. Client Agreement

By engaging with Inner Conversation LLC, you agree to the following:

•   Personal Responsibility and Accountability: You, the client, are fully and solely responsible for your choices, actions, and the results you experience. While Inner Conversation LLC shares guidance, resources, and support through coaching and courses, all accountability rests entirely on you as the consumer. We offer tools to help you shift your mindset and manifest your desired outcomes, but how you apply this material and the results you achieve are your sole responsibility.
•   Shared Content for Educational Purposes: All materials, whether in the form of written content, videos, audio files, or other formats, are provided for educational and informational purposes. By consuming this content, you agree that Inner Conversation LLC is not responsible for any outcomes, actions, or decisions you make based on this information. The client assumes full accountability for how they interpret, implement, and act upon the shared content.
•   Confidentiality and Privacy: Inner Conversation LLC will maintain confidentiality unless legally required to disclose information. Sessions are recorded for quality assurance, but all recordings remain confidential unless otherwise specified.
•   Professional Boundaries: Our services are not substitutes for legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. We strongly recommend seeking professional guidance in those areas. You acknowledge that any information provided by Inner Conversation LLC is for personal development and should not be interpreted as professional advice.

4. Disability Protections and ADA Accommodations

Inner Conversation LLC is run by two disabled owners who are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We take harassment, discrimination, or any form of slander very seriously, particularly as it relates to our disability status. Clients and community members who engage in discriminatory or abusive behavior against us, our team, or fellow members will have their services immediately terminated without refund.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

•   Subscription Agreement: By enrolling in a monthly membership, you agree to a recurring subscription fee. The fee is non-refundable, and your card will be automatically charged unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle.
•   Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun.

7. No Refunds Policy

All purchases of services, including coaching, courses, and memberships, are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inner Conversation LLC, its affiliates, employees, or partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services, content, or website.
